If he rejects this you can only sell this as Sort Out quality due to frosting and sizing and honestly I do not have a market for this currently. But if you wish to take it back, then please let me know as he would gladly give this back to us and I will forward all expenses to date.
I truly do not think you appreciate what is happening here. We had full trust from this customer based on past product we have delivered, and we gave an assurance that this year it would be the best. We started ok and in all honesty I am not impressed on what has delivered since. He even wanted to cancel the last load of our order and we told him sorry but it had already shipped and we could not stop it and I believe Jim already advised you this. Based on above I will not go back to him with this ridiculous offer you are making.
