帮忙翻译个英文题目

毕业论文的题目不好翻译，感觉怎么翻译都别扭。请大家帮帮忙。帮我翻译一下。翻译好的我再加分啊。
题目是：观赏海棠花粉特性及花果香气研究
我暂时译成：Analysis of Pollen Characteristic and Flower Fruit Aroma of Ornamental Crabapple (Malus sp.)

难点就是花果香气怎么翻译啊？直接说flower fruit aroma 不妥，可是如果用and 就 和前面的一个and 有点重吧，也不妥。
怎么翻译好呢。谢谢啊。
变换句式，啥的都可以，能把我的题目翻译好就可以了
