先给骨头加冷水,葱段,大料,姜片,生抽,加少量盐,放炖锅,电压力锅或高压锅煮半个小时左右,煮至肉熟了,煮的时间火候自己掌握。
另外起锅,锅内热油(多一点,酸菜能吸油),放入葱花,花椒粉。下酸菜翻炒三分钟,酸菜倒入骨头汤锅里炖二十分钟。
