With the exploding international trade and economic globalization,anti-dumping has become a focus in the world's trade friction.China ,the biggest developing country in the era of heated competition on economy,sees an increasing number of the total imports and exports which makes us a country receiving the most anti-dumping voice and our profits destryed severly.The reasons range from international to domestic,from objective to subjective,from economy influence to law restrictions.in order to ease the bad effects caused by anti-dumping on our foreign trade and economic development,our government and enterprises take a lot of measures to fight against the action of anti-dumping towards oue exports.In 2008, influenced by the financial crisis,global ecomomy incresed slowly and so did our foreign trade .Ee need to look at it in another way and use new method to deal with it facing the new changes and features in foreign anti-dumping
