Dear Mary,
I received your e-mail last evening. You told me that you were not used to the life and study here in China, and you always felt headaches all these days. Besides, you cought a could a couple of days ago. I 'm sorry to hear that. How are you feeling now? Here are some advice for you. If your feel even worse, you'd better go to see a doctor immediately. The weather is getting colder and colder, you should wear more clothes to keep worm. Drink more boilled water, it's good for you. Before you go to beed, you'd better wash your feet with hot water, it'll help you sleep well. I always do that. don't drink tea or coffee while your head still hurts. Listening to light music often will be helpful, I think.

Dear Mary:
I am sorry to hear that you have always got a headache with great pressure.And the most serious was that you had a cold several days ago.Personally I think,with time flying,you will get better and better.Try your best to make some Chinese friends and take part in some sports as well.If you like,I'd like to invite you to some out-door activities.
