磁石的磁场对人体是有益 磁疗- 以磁场作用于人体以治疗疾病的方法。 早在2000余年前的古代医学文献中已有用磁止痛、治疗关节肿痛等疾病的记载。 1970年代以来磁性材料和磁疗器械、磁疗技术的研究和应用发展较快，在一些疾病的治疗上取得一定的疗效，磁疗成为应用较普遍的物理疗法之一。 磁场强度越强，穿透组织的深度越深。 磁疗机理- 实验证明，磁场能影响生物细胞内外离子的活动度、细胞膜的电位、某些酶的活性、细胞呼吸、某些物质的合成分解和化学反应过程、组织的新陈代谢以及组织器官的功能。 磁场还能影响某些生物体的生长发育和生命。不同强度，不同作用时间的磁场对组织细胞和生物体的影响不同。 磁场对人的神经、肌肉、心、肺、脑等组织的生物电流和生物磁场产生影响，干扰病理过程，调节生理平衡，促进正常功能的恢复。据研究，磁场可降低神经末梢对外界 *** 的感应性，使痛阈升高，故能镇痛。磁场可使组织内血管扩张，血流加速，血液循环改善

代谢产物和炎症产物的吸收加速，吞筮活动和免疫过程增强，故有较好的消炎作用。 水肿的消散和致痛物质的吸收也加强了镇痛作用。 磁场还有镇静、改善睡眠、缓解肌肉痉挛和降低血压的作用。 曾有报导强磁场有抑制癌瘤生长转移的作用。 磁疗方法磁疗常用的方法有下列几种；①静磁疗法。将一片或多片永磁体置于病患部位或穴位，以恒定的静磁场进行治疗。 需用的永磁材料为锶铁氧体或铈钴合金，磁感应强度一般为0.02～0.3T（特斯拉）。 治疗时磁片直接贴敷在皮肤上，又可根据需要将磁片缝入腰带、背心、护膝、鞋、帽内，或安装在手镯等生活用品上，使磁片间接贴敷在皮肤上。 可连续贴敷2～3个月或每日间断贴敷。 ②旋磁疗法。 旋磁机的机头内有2～4片钐钴合金永磁体

以每分钟1500～4000转的速度旋转，以动磁场作用于人体，各磁片的同名极处于同一方向时产生脉动磁场，异名极处于同一方向时产生交变磁场。磁片旋转，外加保护罩时磁感应强度明显下降
可由0.2～0.3T下降至0.1T左右。 治疗时将机头置于病患部位或穴位上，每次15～30分钟，每日一次。 本法具有较好的镇痛效果。 临床应用磁疗的适应症较广泛，对以下疾病有较好的疗效。 ①外科疾病，如扭挫伤、血肿、关节炎、肋软骨炎、网球肘、颈椎病、肩周炎、肌纤维织炎、乳腺小叶增生、前列腺炎、尿路结石。 ②内科疾病，如高血压病、胃炎、肠炎、胃肠功能紊乱、支气管炎、支气管哮喘。 ③儿科疾病，如单纯性消化不良、遗尿症。 ④妇科疾病，如痛经、功能性子宫出血。 ⑤神经科疾病，如神经性头痛、神经衰弱、坐骨神经痛、面肌痉挛。 ⑥皮肤科疾病
如带状疱疹，表浅血管瘤。 ⑦五官科疾病
如耳廓浆液性软骨膜炎、神经性耳鸣、过敏性鼻炎、近视、中心性视网膜脉络膜炎、颞颌关节功能紊乱、拔牙麻醉。 磁疗的副作用不多，少数年老体弱者磁疗后出现心慌、气短、头晕、头痛、恶心、嗜睡、血压波动等反应，降低剂量或停止磁疗后即可消失。 个别患者贴敷磁片部位的皮肤出现过敏反应，应立即停止贴敷。 磁疗的禁忌症为严重心、肺、肝、血液疾病，体质极度虚弱，皮肤破溃或出血，皮肤对磁片过敏，孕妇以及副作用显著者。 2008-08-18 22:47:15 补充： 强大的磁石的磁场对人体是有益
