焦化废水是煤制焦炭、煤气净化及焦化产品回收过程中产生的废水,其成分复杂多变,含有大量高污染、难降解的有机污染物,属于难处理的工业废水。本研究采用不同的处理方法在不同的实验条件下对某焦化厂废水进行深度处理,通过测定废水的COD和色度,比较各种处理方法的处理效果。
首先,选用FeSO4作为混凝剂,利用单因素分析法对焦化废水进行混凝沉淀实验。通过实验研究,确定了混凝剂的最佳投药条件:Fe2+的最佳投药量为200mg/L,最佳pH值为7。此时,对焦化废水的色度去除率和COD去除率分别达到60%左右和38%左右。
其次,选用Fe2+/NaClO作为氧化剂对焦化废水进行化学氧化实验。利用单因素分析法,通过实验研究,确定NaClO最佳投药量为2mL/L,最佳pH值为4,Fe2+最佳投药量为80mg/L,最佳反应时间为10min,最佳反应温度为25oC。
再次,对焦化废水进行臭氧氧化实验。确定臭氧产量与电压的关系,在某一固定电压条件下进行臭氧氧化实验,得出最佳氧化时间为15min。
最后,分别选用FeSO4和聚合氯化铝(PAC)作为混凝剂,采用混凝沉淀法和臭氧氧化法联合工艺,考察工艺顺序对废水的色度去除率和COD去除率的影响。

Coal coking wastewater is coke, gas purification and coking products produced in wastewater recycling process, its composition is complicated and contains a lot of high pollution, degradation of organic pollutants to the tricky, belong to industrial wastewater. This study adopts different processing methods in different experimental conditions treatment for a coke deep treatment of wastewater, by means of measuring the COD and chromaticity, compare the treatment effect of various processing method.

First, choose FeSO4 as a coagulant, utilizing the single factor analysis of coking wastewater through coagulation precipitate experiment. By analysing the experimental research, determined the best strategy of coagulant Fe2 + optimal conditions: 200mg/L dose for cast, best pH value for 7. At this time, the chroma of coking wastewater achieved respectively COD removal efficiency and removal around 60% and 38%.

Secondly, choose Fe2 + / NaClO as oxidants to coking wastewater through chemical oxidation experiment. Utilizing the single factor analysis and the experimental research, drug NaClO best shots to determine 2mL/L, best pH value for Fe2 + 4, best shots for 80mg/L, dose for 10min best reaction time, reaction temperature for best 25oC.

Again, of coking wastewater through ozone oxidation experiment. Determine the relationship with voltage ozone production in a fixed voltage conditions ozone oxidation experiment, obtains the best time for 15min oxidation.

Finally, are chosen and polymerization FeSO4 PAC (PAC) as a coagulant, using the coagu-flocculation precipitation and ozone oxidation combined craft, investigation process of wastewater chroma of the order of the influence of COD removal efficiency and removal.
