A Successful Meeting
I am a thirty-year-old man who has not had a girlfriend,working in a city far away from home.Every time I go home on holiday,my mother,who has been worried about that says in the same words,“Sun,only you coming home again?”
Last month,mother arranged an appoinment for me.I decided to meet the girl,not only for mother but also for myself---"Thirty,"I can't wait anymore.Then early in that morning when we had the oppointment,I dressed up and took on a handsome look,and went to park where we were to meet.I was 15 minutes early to get there.Before long a beautiful girl aged about 25 in a red skirt appeared,book in hand.“Hi,my name is Zhang Junlang,nice to meet you”I said.“My name is Xu Qiuying”,said the girl in an attractive voice.“Do you enjoy reading books?”I asked,adding,“I like reading too.”Then we began to talk about the books we read,such as “the Romance of Three Kingdoms”“Romeo and Juliet”and so on.
That was really a successful meeting.Our relation was promoted smoothly.Finally,the girl,who I had a successful meeting with,became my wife.
