There is no doubt that no one can lives without praise and encouragement. On the one hand, praise, which can encourage a man ,become more and more essential with the development of our society. On the other hand,once we say something inspired to others, we can also feel happy because we help others.
I can well remember that there was a time when I was bad at study. But when my head teacher, Mrs Zhang,came to praise me with an inspired word because of a little of my progress, sadness and tiredness got away. As a result,I studied harder than ever before. Therefore,it let me know that praise is one thing that can change everything.
After this experience, I clearly know the power of praise. We can lead a powerful life with encouragement. The more approval we give out, the more confidence and fantastic the worle will be. So just as a word says, praise drives the sadness as well as the winter from human heart.
