XXX and I 是比较通用+有礼貌的句式 同时也比较尊重XXX XXX and I 的意思是We ( 我们 ) 其实就跟 We 一样
但这会告诉人 除自己外
还有甚么人 可以跟 " Are doing something " (在做某事情) 一起用
