一、将椰子摆正,尖头朝上,看到顶上延伸下来的三条缝吗。

二、从尖顶比划下来大红一寸的位置,就是上图红圈位置,用菜刀削掉纤维层。

三、用菜刀的刀背沿着红框的位置绕圈敲打。注意,是刀背!

四、多敲打几圈,这部分就慢慢开裂了,看红色箭头位置,从椰子的尖顶部分有三条筋延伸下来。这三根筋的位置要特别多敲几下。

五、三根筋的位置敲开了后,这一圈也基本差不多全开了。

六、然后用刀塞进开口里,稍微用点力撬一下就可以了。

七、把椰子水倒出,剩下一层白白的椰子肉用一个不锈钢的勺子能轻松挖出来。
