（一）-s属格
1.在单数名词以及不以-s结尾的名词后加 's
eg：a child's dream the dog's kennel
2.若用and连接的两个人名，则在后者结尾处加上 's
eg:John and Mary's bank balance
3.在以s结尾的单数名词后加’s
eg:a waitress's job
4.在规则的复数形式以s结束的名词后加省字号’
eg:boys' school
（二）of属格
主要用于表示无生命的名词：
the wheel of history, the door of the house
表示东西的一部分和抽象概念
the bottom of the box,the cost of living
(三)双重属格（兼用两种属格结构）
a play of Shakespeare's(=one of Shakespeare's plays )

一般情况下在名词词尾加's 在清辅音后读[s]。
在浊辅音或元音后读[z]。
在[s][z]等音素后读。

若名词已有以-s或-es结尾的
复数词尾，直接在其后加撇号’ 保持原单词的读音不变
