一、意思不同
1、be good at sth：擅长做某事，擅长干某事。
例句：All of us want to be good at our jobs, but how good do we really want to be?
我们每个人都想在我们的工作中干的不错，但是我们究竟想要有多不错（指程度）？
2、be good at doing sth ：擅长某事，擅长于某事。
例句：Only through practice can one be good at doing things.
只有通过实践才能善于做的事情。
二、用法不同
1、be good at sth：意为“精通的，熟练的”，常指擅长于某事，侧重技艺或科学方面，意为“熟练的，有技能的”，强调实际的，真正的功夫。
例句：You have to try to be good at everything.
你必须试图做好所有的事情。
2、be good at doing sth ：意为“有专门技巧的，熟练的”，强调有经验的或在某方面特别精明、熟练。着重于学习，表示学得快、解决问题快。
例句：Only through repeated practice can one be good at doing things.
一个人只有通过不断练习才能精于做某事。
三、语境不同
1、be good at sth：常用于接ing表示现在进行。
例句：It is a quality not everybody can be good at.
它是一种高质量的并不是每个人都能成为好。
2、be good at doing sth ：后接词是名词。
例句：At minimum, Library Schools do seem to be fairly good at doing this important task.
图书馆学院至少在完成此项任务方面看起来做的相当不错。
