I think when we surfing the internet we can search for useful information which is good for our sutdy.And we can also chat with our friends and know many other people.It can also brodern our horizon.But if we spend too much time on the internet ,it will do harm to our study.
So I think of course students can surf the internet,but we should make sure not to spend too much time on it .Maybe we can use it in our free time.
