Is it necessary to do homework during summer holiday?
In my perspective, It is necessary to do homework during summer holiday because of two main reasons.
In the first place, doing homework during summer holiday can help you review what you learn at school in order to enhance your study. If a student only use such a long holiday to have a rest or play game, it will be possibly for him to forget what he have learnt.
In the second place, doing homework during summer holiday can help you get rid of laziness. Many students are so hardworking at school. However, when they are at home, they just stop studying and become lazy. If they have homework to do, they might be diligent.
Doing homework is quite important for students. Homework helps students to exercise their knowledge and find out what problems they have. Although summer holiday is for vacation, it is still necessary for students to do homework.
二，不支持做作业
In my perspective， there is no need for students to do homework during summer holiday because of several reasons.
In the first place, summer holiday is used for rest and vacation, not for homework. Everybody needs to have a rest, including students. If they don't have enough rest, it will effect their efficiency on study. Besides, during summer holiday, the temperature is so high, which is also not suitable for doing homework.
In the second place, as a student, studying and doing homework is the main job. However, a student also needs to learn how to socialize with people and how to survive in the society. So summer holiday can be a great chance for students to walk out of their home to know more about this world. A trip in a foreign country, working in a shop or being a volunteer can give students a wonderful time and give what doing homework cannot give to them.
Nowadays in China, we put so much emphasis on homework, ignoring the development and the growth of students. However, summer holiday can be a good opportunity to help students care more about their own growth. So I regard that there is no need to do homework during summer holiday.
