步骤是： (1)种子处理采用温汤法消毒，在50-53℃的水温下浸泡10分钟消毒，消毒后在常温下浸种5-7天； (2)育苗 育苗基质采用稻壳和/或粉碎稻壳进行生物发酵，发酵后与营养土和营养液混合，或者采用农家肥、泥炭或草炭； (3)秧田调酸与消毒 使用生物壮秧剂进行水稻秧田调酸与消毒； (4)水层管理 插秧至抽穗期间，采用保水灌溉方式，抽穗之后采用间歇灌溉方式； (5)施肥 肥料采用有机肥、生物肥、矿物肥与化肥复混，在测土基础上，按需配肥，达到平衡施肥，施肥时间是在稻田旱旋耕或水旋耕前施入，全年用肥量一次施入，施肥深度 2厘米-12厘米； (6)杂草与虫害防除 在水整地7-10天、插秧后2-3天，放入鱼苗。
