1.Please change the music player to mute. Then make the amplifier more bigger, see if there is a noise.
2. It is good to offer a video for us so that we can show it to the technician.
3. The technician is not work at the weekend. So we can't solve the problem now. we will leave you message on Monday.
4. If it is the problem of the product, we will return to your new products. And refund $10 as postage.

    Please keep the music of player muted, then turn the volume up to check whether it has noise issues.

    It's better if you can provide video, as we can send it to consult for prfessional advices from  our designers'.

    I have to appologize that we are off work on weekends, and we are very sorry that we can't help to solve the problem immediately as our designers are not there on weekends, and please check the messages we left on Monday.

    If the problem caused by product itself, we will exchange a new one for you, besides we will refund $10 as postage.

Please don't worry and note the following:

    Please mute the music player and turn the amplifier up. Let us know if you hear any noise. 

    Surely it would be better if you could provide the video for us. We will have the designers take a look.

    We are off duty on weekends and the designers will be unvailable. The problem won't be solved temporarily. Please check the message we may send you on Mondy. 

    If it's due to product defects, we will replace with a new one for you at no etra cost. We will reimburse you for the postage by refunding $10.

4If it's the problem of the product,we will change a new one for you and pay back 10 dollars as mail fee.
