在这句话里的“news”并非可数，但是它其实是“a piece of news”的缩略。常常可以听到人们说“what a great news”,其实是在说“what a great piece of news".
同样的东西有beer，coffee，在酒吧里喝酒时说have a beer，have a drink，其实是have a glass of beer，have a cup of drink。
