Moon cakes recipes:

Materials:

40% plain flour and 60% self-raising flour
Vegetable oil 60ml,Syrup 150ml(See the following practices)
Red beans sand
Chatham Yolk
Filling milk Huang(See the following practices)
Raisins
Cake film

Syrup materials:
1.Sugar 500g water 160g lemon juice 3 spoons Vinegar 2 spoons
2.Baking soda powder 1g water 10g

Practices:
1.Cook the first part of the material about15-20 minutes.
2.Put in the second part of the baking soda water,after cooling is no longer crystallization.

Attention:
1.If the syrup after cooling, there is crystallization at the bottom that have not been completely transformed,put in some lemon juice,then heat。
2.Add soda water,there will be a large number of bubbles,all right, after cooling, they will be disappeared after two days.

Filling milk Huang:

Moon cake recipe

Material:
Powder 200 grams(I am to press 40% plain flours to add 60% selfs-raisings flours)
The plant oil 60 mls, the syrup 150 mls(see following way of doing)
Water 1(the half of soda power small spoon water 1)
Red bean sand(have already sold greatly and lately)
Salty egg yolk(press to need, see following way of doing)
The milk yellow farcing(see following way of doing)
Raisin, film son(the supermarket buy of cake film son)

Syrup material:
1.The sugar 500 g water 160 g lemon juice 3 spoons white vinegar two spoons
2.Sodium bicarbonate powder 1 gram water 10 grams

Way of doing:
1.Cook the material of part 1 with water about 15-20 turn off after minutes.

Attention:
